Hoverfly IFV
The Hoverfly value lies in its speed, able to quickly slip into and out of pickup and drop off points. Its ample 4 ton troop bay gives it flexibility but its thinner armor and minimal two machine gun armament force it to be used more tactically. The Hoverfly is also limited in the terrain it can easily manage, although it excels at beach landings and water traversal, forests and rough terrain can easily hamper it’s mobility.
The IFV upgrade increases the Hoverfly’s weight but provides it with a turreted weapon mount allowing it to further support its escorts or infantry payload. The Hoverfly is mostly seen armed with a small sized Rocket Launcher and an additional machine guns, most suitable for urban and other dense environments or an Anti-Missile System for use as protection when crossing open areas.
